Who is Endure Transformation for?

Our materials and programs focus on women recovering from childhood trauma. Churches and community organizations can also ask about workshops that build awareness and encourage thoughtful support.

What does ACEs mean?

ACEs stands for adverse childhood experiences. The term describes potentially traumatic experiences that occur before age 18. Our group topics include learning about ACEs as part of understanding childhood experiences. For background, visit the CDC's introduction to ACEs: CDC introduction to ACEs.

Is the framework a fixed timeline?

The three phases describe goals and areas of focus. They are not a promise of a particular result or a schedule that everyone must follow.

Our mission

To equip adults who have experienced childhood trauma with support, resources, and community so they can experience healing and live transformed lives.

Acknowledge · Overcome · Give Back

The Endure Transformation framework

Acknowledge, Overcome, and Give Back describe the goals at the heart of our approach. They offer a way to organize reflection and growth rather than a deadline for healing.

Acknowledge

Begin with awareness. This phase focuses on understanding trauma and adverse childhood experiences, noticing emotional patterns, and making room for honesty about what has shaped your life.

The emphasis is understanding, not assigning blame. Awareness can begin with a question, a pattern you have noticed, or something you want to understand more clearly.

Overcome

Turn attention toward the patterns and practices of daily life. This phase focuses on healthier rhythms, emotional resilience, spiritual practices, and a stronger sense of identity and purpose.

The goals are personal growth and intentional change. The word overcome expresses hope; it is not a demand to be finished with difficult feelings or experiences.

Give Back

Explore the connection between growth and purpose. This phase looks toward mentoring others, strengthening community, and contributing to healthier patterns across generations.

Giving back is an invitation to consider what is meaningful to you. Your story remains yours, and supporting others does not have to mean making your personal experiences public.
